Стаття знайомить з дослідженнями в області мотивації та управління персоналом. Проаналізовано і встановлено зв’язок між пірамідою потреб Абрагама Маслоу і сучасною мотиваційною політикою провідних компаній. Особлива увага акцентується на дослідженні складових мотиваційних програм Facebook і Google. Автор, проаналізувавши велику кількість закордонних джерел інформації, дійшов до висновку, що метою мотивації персоналу є створення таких умов, за яких працівник приносить прибуток компанії, розкриває свій творчий потенціал і отримує задоволення від роботи.Посилання
