Survey of students as a tool for ensuring the quality of education

Abstract

This study provides information on a survey of students to ensure the quality of education in higher education institutions. The questionnaire with the inclusion of closed and open answers was chosen as the basis. This method of survey makes it possible to reconsider the methods of teaching subjects by specialists, to pay attention to the features and possible shortcomings in the organization of the educational process. The results of student surveys, supported by the results of interviews with teachers, will generally improve the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions. With the help of the survey a high level of qualification was established, insignificant shortcomings in the organization of educational and cognitive activities of students were revealed, they do not significantly affect the educational process.
