Antiviral measures of the Japanese government in the framework of the concept of Human Security

Abstract
The article explores the practical implementation of the Japanese government's policy measures within the security concept of "human security" as an alternative to responding to the threats of modern challenges; the experience of implementation of national solutions in solving pandemic threats and their effectiveness is studied; preventive measures for further operationalization of the concept are evaluated; the role of global and regional coordination in response to the cross-border feature of the origin of modern challenges is considered
