Abstract

Since the beginning of his term, the President of the United States, Joseph Biden, has made a statement to restore the strength and influence of the United States in international relations. The current US president stressed the need to defend and uphold liberal-democratic values, restore and strengthen allied relations, which Biden said were damaged during the Trump administration, and return the US to a "reliable leader" among world democracies to meet Russia's challenges. China. But the geopolitical, geoeconomic, ideological, and strategic focus of U.S. foreign policy has already undergone significant changes, illustrating developments in Afghanistan and Nord Stream-2. The main task for Ukraine in shaping policy in bilateral relations with the main strategic partner (USA) is to understand this new foreign policy doctrine and to realize its role and place in the priorities of the United States
