Academic integrity in the system of legal means of combating corruption in education and science

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of academic integrity in the system of legal means of combating corruption. The methodological basis of the study is a number of general and private-scientific methods, including comparison, generalization, dialectical, formal-legal method, as well as the method of systematic and complex analysis. Particular attention is paid to the commonality of objects of academic integrity and anti-corruption in education and science. The state of legislation in the field of ensuring academic integrity is analyzed. The place and role of academic integrity in the system of legal means of counteracting corruption are specified. It is proposed to intensify cooperation at the state level between the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to combat corruption in education and science and ensure academic integrity.
