Features of the subject composition in the agreement of rent (lease) of housing of a private housing stock

The article examines the subject warehouse under the contract of rent (rent) of housing, which is in the private housing stock. The legal position of the parties in the lease agreement was analyzed. The main problematic issues that may arise in the case when the landlord is a legal entity are highlighted. The peculiarities of the legal status of other participants in the housing lease agreement are determined.
