Documentation in the tourism of Ukraine

Abstract

The article discusses the informational and documentary aspect of the development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, defines the role and importance of documentary support for the provision of tourist services and establishing relationships with the client. The methodological basis of the research is represented by methods of analysis and synthesis of the principles of the regulatory framework in the tourism industry, methods of comparing and generalizing information from various sources, implemented on the principles of historicism and scientific objectivity, a critical and systematic approach. Particular attention is paid to the study of various types of travel documents and travel programs to illustrate the information and documentary interaction between the client and the travel service provider in Ukraine.
