Some problems of legal regulation of anti-corruption electronic declaration in Ukraine

The article reflects the problems of legal regulation of public relations in the field of anti-corruption electronic declaration in Ukraine. Systematized and analyzed legislation in this area. The substantive features of the anti-corruption electronic declaration have been clarified. The procedure for declaring anti-corruption statements by various entities authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government has been specified.
The main directions for improving legislation in the field of electronic anti-corruption declaration in Ukraine were determined: streamlining the process of submitting electronic declarations and notifications of significant changes in property status; increasing the predictability and clarity of the declaration procedure rules; terminological unification of legislative technique in the development by the legislator of legal acts on the topic of research.
