Peculiarities of relations between Ukraine and France after a full-scale russian invasion

The Russian Federation created intelligence, unjustified choices to start a war against Ukraine neither on February 24, 2022, after Russia illegally annexed Crimea and began military aggression at the gathering of Ukraine in 2014. From the very first day of the conflict, the French Republic stood firmly with Ukraine and its people. France supports Ukraine in various fields, including political, military, economic, humanitarian and cultural. According to its principles, France consistently chooses to support Ukraine in exercising its right. It implements this bilaterally and through the European Union to help the Ukrainian people protect their freedom, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.
