Theoretical Basics of the Organization of Payment for Work at a Domestic Enterprise

Abstract

Salary as a key factor in the success of a business entity plays a decisive role in shaping its competitive position on regional and global markets. The purpose of the article is to highlight the main theoretical aspects of the organization of wages at a domestic enterprise: the concept of wages, its components, regulatory requirements, functions, to optimize the process of managing labor resources. The article analyzes the main definitions that arise in the practice of management, in domestic legislation and scientific debate, the peculiarities of state regulation of wages, including during martial law, and the actual function of wages for the post-war economy of Ukraine is proposed. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn, directions for further research were outlined.
