Key problems and directions of improving the health care system in Ukraine

The article examines the key problems and challenges of the modern system of health care of the population of Ukraine. Its sectoral division is determined into key problems arising in the field of financial support, equal rights and access to medical care, the destruction of part of the infrastructure due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the preservation of epidemiological challenges that have remained relevant since the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, demographic challenges and imperfection systems of medical education. A set of measures, at the national and local levels, is proposed that could stabilize and improve the situation that has developed today in the field of health care in Ukraine.
