Comparative characteristics of the functioning and environmental state of the « khimik» park in Vinnytsia before and after reconstruction

Abstract

This study presents a comparative description of the ecological state of the park «Khimik» in the city of Vinnytsia, as well as its functions at different times. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic approach, the principle of historicism, scientific objectivity, a critical and structural-systemic approach to the literary and source base of the work. The specificity of the researched topic involves the application of a comparative analysis based on the available information, presented in open sources, in the form of diagrams, text and photo reports, about the state of the «Khimik» park as of the beginning of the reconstruction (2018 and earlier), as well as information about the environmental the state of the « Khimik» park at the time of writing the article, which was collected and analyzed by the author of the article. The method of visual inspection, the study of the age of trees by measuring the thickness of their trunk, and the analysis of archival data were used.
