Prospects of territorial development management in war conditions

The article analyzes the current state of implementation of e-democracy tools in Ukraine and their role in overcoming the crisis of trust in government. In particular, the author assesses the user experience of working with state electronic services, as well as the impact of e-tools on the state of corruption in the country, which in turn is one of the main causes of the crisis of trust. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of interaction between citizens and the state through online services. The author also analyzes the obstacles faced by the state in regulating these instruments.
