Advantages and disadvantages of using personnel management information systems

Abstract

The article explores the main advantages and disadvantages of human resource management information systems. Research methods include literature analysis and a review of contemporary technologies. Emphasis is placed on the specificity of using existing personnel management systems, namely: Zoho People, Hurmа System, Workаble, BаmbooHR. The main findings identify the features of using information systems and possibilities for improving personnel management efficiency.
