Restoration of the work of the State Archives of Donetsk Region in conditions of movement.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the transformational processes of the state archive in the context of the Anti-terrorist operation and the changes that took place in the organization of the work of Donetsk regional archival institutions in the period 2014–2015. Priority methods of work are science, historicism, objectivity and ethics, which make it possible to study the origins and development of archival affairs, to identify the main stages of the formation of the archival system and to analyze the influence of concrete historical factors on the state and nature of the archival industry. The specificity of the topic under study involves the use of empirical research methods that identify ways to systematically develop a state archive under conditions of movement.
