Problems of migration of the young people of the Vinnitsa city and the ways of their troubleshooting.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities, causes and problems of youth migration in the city of Vinnytsia. As part of the study, the author monitored the current situation with regard to youth employment, calculated the financial losses of the state, region and citizens due to the lack of investment of the last in education, and on this basis, the ways of counteracting the outflow of youth from Vinnytsia were proposed. The methodological basis of the research was the general scientific methods of cognition: deduction, induction, analysis and synthesis, generalizations, and special methods of research: historical retrospective, economic-statistical and mathematical methods of diagnosing the labor market, sociological survey.
