Basic migratory tendencies of modern Ukraine.

This study reveals the general concept of migration and the concept of labor migration. The factors influencing the migration processes are investigated: economic, political, social and environmental. The study of migration trends and their consequences for the entire period of Ukraine’s existence as an independent state was carried out. The analysis of external labor migration from Ukraine was carried out from a gender perspective, by regions and by countries where Ukrainian citizens prefer employment. The main reasons affecting the migration intentions of the youth of the country are given.References
