Normative regulation of national audit.

Abstract

The need for management to make management determines the existence of an audit as a way of providing reliable financial reporting information. The statutory regulation of audit activity directly affects the effectiveness of audit development as an inherent in the institute's market economy. The purpose of the article is to investigate the system of regulatory regulation of national audit in terms of finding directions for its improvement. The stages of audit development are considered in terms of formation and change of the basic regulations. The system of domestic regulation of independent audit is presented. The main changes and problems related to the adoption of the Law on Audit of Financial Reporting and Auditing, the ways of solving the identified problems are investigated. According to the results of the study, conclusions were drawn out, the directions of further research.
