Conditions for carrying out the activities of a customs broker: the legal aspect

This study provides information on the successful experience of customs brokerage in the United States, Singapore, as well as the application of the investigated institute in the European Community. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic approach, formal-logical method, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis. The specifics of the research topic involves the use of the method of comparative studies, which makes it possible to compare the conditions of customs brokerage in Ukraine and abroad. The advantages of applying the experience of foreign countries in regulating customs brokerage activities in Ukraine are determined.
