Modern approaches to evaluation of the efficiency of the recruitment process in the organization

The article is devoted to the study of modern methods and approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the recruitment process at domestic and foreign companies. The study used the methods of KPI, HR-metrics, recruitment funnels. The main result was the identification of key performance indicators of the recruitment process. In particular, practical approaches to assessing the quality of recruitment, productivity of new employees, the level of job satisfaction of new employees and the speed of their adaptation and calculation of the cost of recruiting new employees for the company are outlined. The main advantages of the introduction of a permanent system for evaluating the effectiveness of the recruitment process in the organization are identified.
