The paper based on the use of systematic and generalized approaches to research, analyzes the content of the category "HR-analytics", identifies the tasks and objectives that it performs at the enterprise. An assessment of the level of development of HR-analytics and the most common subjects of analytical functions in Ukrainian companies.
