US information security: disunited states of America?

This study focuses on the current problems and challenges of the US information security in the context of the US presidential election in 2020 and the coming to power of president-elect Joseph Biden. Brief information is provided regarding the main technologies of interference in the election process; regulatory regulation of information security during the election process in the United States; organizational measures aimed at protecting the election process of the American presidential elections in 2020; the impact of social media in the context of raising the issue of information security in the United States. By using a systematic approach, with the involvement of critical analysis method, the main problems, threats and challenges of US information security are investigated, possible ways to solve them are identified.
