Features of legal regulation of the inheritance agreement in Ukraine and foreign countries

The article provides an analysis of the institution of inheritance agreement in Ukraine and some foreign countries. The current legislation of the studied countries is analyzed, the concept, subject, parties and essential conditions of the inheritance contract, features of its conclusion, execution and termination in the civil law of the specified countries are considered. It was found that in the civil law of foreign countries, the inheritance contract is an institution of inheritance law, is often one of the grounds for inheritance or a kind of testamentary disposition. This study used such methods as the method of analysis and synthesis, formal-legal, comparative-legal method.
