This article carefully examines the topical issue of the need to implement an effective leadership system at the enterprise in order to increase its overall efficiency. Leadership is recognized as an important element in the internal structure of the organization, which determines not only the personal qualities of the leader, but also affects the qualitative characteristics of the organizational environment.
Leadership, in the context of this article, is seen as a catalyst for achieving high standards of performance. Qualitative aspects of the leader’s personality are analyzed, which determine his ability to influence the organizational culture and the achievement of strategic goals. It is noted that due attention to the development of leadership qualities and skills can open new perspectives for optimizing business processes, increasing staff motivation and creating an effective internal environment.
