Assessment of investment attractiveness Republic of Belarus and ways to improve it

Abstract

This study contains an analysis of the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus and a proposal of ways to improve it. The purpose of the study is to assess the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus and develop recommendations for improving it. To highlight solutions to improve the country’s investment attractiveness, the authors also consider the concept of ICO (Initial Coin Offering). Methodological basis of the work is the method of comparison, principle of the historicism, system approach, principle of objectivity, critical and structural systematic approach to the literary basis of work and sources. The method of deduction is also used. As a result of the work, four ways have been identified to increase the attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus to foreign investors: privatization reforms, implementation of IFRS, improvement of the official sites of district executive committees and development of ICO.
